This company was the best in sales that I have ever dealt with. My own fault I measured wrong three times. I listened to my husband... Each time they guided me with suggestions. Excellent motorized zebra blinds - look lovely and work well

The seller promptly communicated to verify measurements. The motorized zebra blinds were securely packed, fit well in the window opening and worked perfectly as intended. The remote control was already programed to operate the 2 blinds ordered. They look lovely and work well.

Just what I needed

Works great however….

I love this product and the Graywind app however it can be a little tricky to set up if you don’t have decent technical skills. I got the BLE motor and the Hub which I plugged into my router/switch. Alexa and Siri work flawlessly. You can do most anything from the app except I think set the speed. For that you need the remote.
I recommend getting one remote no matter how many blinds you have because you’ll only need it to program the speed. Then it will go in the drawer. Buy the Hub for $29 and you’ll get Alexa and Siri integration. Get help with the Hub and app from someone that has a bit of technical skills if you need it. It’s not exactly rocket science though.
Save yourself some aggravation on the install and spray some WD 40 on those spring-loaded brackets.

Very happy

This was our second order from Graywind but our first zebra shades. We bought them for our garage gym. We wanted the option of letting light in but also having privacy. You can control all the shades with one remote individually or all at the same time. Much more cost effective than the quote we got from a local company. We added the solar panel charging option. For horizontal sliding windows, be sure to run the solar charger long ways so you can open the windows. Figured that out after the first window installation. Very happy with this purchase!

Work directly with graywind app via bluetooth within range of singal (about 99ft/30m), no smart bridge needed. Easy to pencentage control, set top/bottom and favorite limit positions on app. Also, battery status display is available. Recommended for users who only need to control smart blinds via remote controller or app at home. 2.4GHz BLE hub is required for creating groups, set timing shedules or other routines and Alexa & Google control.

 

B. Rechargeable Zigbee Alexa Motor

Directly work with 7 Alexa devices: echo plus 2nd gen./ echo show 2nd gen./ echo studio/ echo 4th gen/ echo show 8 3rd gen./ echo show 10 3rd gen./ echo hub directly, no smart bridge needed.
