Graywind Motorized Zebra Sheer Blinds | Classic Series | Customizable

Have ordered several zebra shades and roller shades and couldn't be more pleased. Quality is excellent for the price point and customer service is top notch, they went above and beyond to ensure that the blinds were operating without a glitch. Congratulations to the team and thank you for your help!

Looks great, good quality, wires up easily, motor works flawlessly and is relatively quiet. I just bought for one window but have since bought for the other 15 windows.

Given that, they were not perfect and here are a few reasons why:
1) valance fit window opening perfectly but blind was not centered in the valance. See attached photo...look at the top at the valance and then the blind, relative to the window opening.
2) remote and app only for 3 positions to be programmed. They allow a lower limit, upper limit and a favorite. So you have one that is all the way open, all the way closed and one favorite position in between
3) automation worked for a few days but then have had a string of days where it did not. Maybe a lack of my ability to troubleshoot the app but I am generally pretty savvy when it comes to stuff like this.

All this said, I still went ahead and bought 15 more blinds. I think the first 2 issues could be addressed pretty easily by Graywinds but not really sure yet what's going on with the automation.

These were not use friendly at first. We ordered 3 of these blinds for our living room. We had these installed by our contractors during our renovation. The measurements were a little off so our contractors had to cut a little off of our wall to make these fit on the inside of the window. Love the look of the blinds but it's just so complicated to use with the remote and the manual wasn't much help. We have had the blinds for months now and still can't pair it with our Google home. The manual it came with is not very helpful and we couldn't find a customer service number to call. There are no voice commands list available in the instruction manual (or anywhere online). It took a while to actually figure out how to use the remote with the 3 blinds. There was an option that we discovered BY ACCIDENT that controls all the blinds at the same time. We discovered it after having it for over a month. It took some time to actually get it all to work correctly with the remote. Now if we can just get it to pair with Google home that would be great!

Easy to install, look great, and love the hands free operation. Took a bit of trial and error to get the remote set up to operate the blinds all at the same time. Could not get them to connect to Alexa. Texted customer support who answered within a day and told me I need to get a smart things hub. They were custom fitted to my windows with measurements I took. They fit great!

I'll attach videos when I get a chance, but I bought these for my whole house, bought a bridge to control it, and control everything through Google Home. This was by no means super hard, but it definitely wasn't easy and requires a solid understanding of wifi-enabled devices and following directions. You might need to reset these blinds once in awhile which is a couple step process, but once you get the hang of everything it's great. Everything is solar powered, I never need to charge any of them (except the ones on the side of my house where I don't get much sun), and they all work via voice commands.

Everyone that sees these love them instantly, and has become a solid focal point of the house. Super minimal design, and beautiful. Came super quick, correct sizes, no issues installing.
