We has side by side installation and should have had a minimum distance between anchors.
Love these window treatments. This is our third order of graywind. Our first order done in 2022 is still look and operate like new. Also customer service is wonderful. Emailed with them for custom color. dual blind, color choice samples, and remote questions.
Love that these blinds are smart blinds. We have ours programmed with Alexa. They open with a key phase and close at a set time each evening.
Everything was as promised. This is a professionally finished product that does not fail to impress! We had a couple of questions regarding the measuring requirements and the customer service help was timely and helpful. The website is detailed, but take your time to carefully document your required measurements. My only recommendation/suggestion for improvement would be to purchase/utilize a more solid drywall anchor other than the metal ones supplied - which do not perform well. The product is competitively priced, looks great, and we love it!
Ordered two sun shades for our patio. After some communications to assure they were exactly what I wanted and that I measured correctly, I placed and order for two shades with the solar panel recharge units. They arrived within two weeks. I installed them myself and the install was much easier than I even imagined. I caould not be happier with my purchase.
New blinds look beautiful and gracious in my dining room. Much brighter. Instruction book though, was bare bones but my husband seemed to have no problem with it

We were looking for dual motor shades for two rooms in our house. The cost from retail stores or even budget blinds was 2 to 3 times the cost from Greywind. We had a Handyman install them and they work great. We are very satisfied.
If you have any issues small or big you can email customer service and they will get back to you within a day. The product is great is easy to install. They have a variety of blinds and can fit any window type.

I must admit I was apprehensive making a big purchase online without seeing something in person and I'm pleasantly surprised. Shipping was fast. Communication was great via email and also WhatsApp when I had some questions regarding operation. The manuals could definitely need improvement. Still can't connect to matter with my echo was too complicated for me but the remote works perfectly fine. They were fairly easy to install. I love that you can operate them independently or all at once with the remote. Great blinds and very budget friendly. Love the solar which is somewhat transparent and the blackout modern looking.

Company was a pleasure to deal with. There was confusion about the actual size of the window. When giving the exact size my installer had to re vamp and add extra molding to make the shade fit I ordered 2 shades, one arch fitting perfectly while the other had minimal gaps.
I initially found these blinds on Amazon’s but decided to order them from Graywindblinds.com. The ordering process was easy. The site walks you through how to measure. When I ordered my first set of roller blinds, a representative emailed me to verify the measurements. Customer service was awesome. We purchased hard wired blackout shades.
Installment was a little challenging but doable. We love them so much that we ordered another set for my son room. I love that you can set them to a timer and they open and close automatically! We purchased the ones that can be operated from our phones, very convenient! Totally worth the price. Nicely made. Highly recommend.
I love the panels, but connecting to Alexa was not intuitive to me. I contacted customer support which was prompt to reply. I eventually was able to connect to Alexa. The panels work great!

5 stars. As soon as I place the order, I received an email asking for additional information and I sent a photo with all the measurements for confirmation and they were able to produce the product. The product fit perfectly and was very easy to install and follow the installation guide
I love these blinds and I love how you can customize how many pieces you want I will be ordering more for my bedroom! Shipping was very quick! So much better than the old School slider blinds !!!! we got the blackout ones and they work great!!!

I was in desperate need of getting something on my French doors to block out the sun when I have migraines. I had a few quotes from reputable places and they were SO expensive. These came and I am thrilled. It took me about an hour to install but something task rabbit could easily do as well and still way cheaper than blind companies!
