Love the smart shades

My first shade came in a much darker color then what I saw on the website. They worked with me replacing the shade I just had to swap out the motor in the other one I had. I then ordered two more which worked great on a single remote once we got the hang of programming them. I am planning on ordering our whole back sun room and hoping Alexa works with telling her to open and close...

Great product I would highly recommend and I priced out smart blinds with Blinds to Go and Home Depot Smart blinds and these were definitely more affordable....

Amazing product

Production and shipping was fast, measurements were perfect, installation was easy, operates perfectly, and remote came already programmed to operate all 5 blinds. Great buy. Though I wish I ordered reverse roll for a cleaner finished look. Would be nice to be able to change after installing.

Over all a good product

I got these a few weeks ago and there were some problems. The picture didn't match the picture online and the end limit setting feature didn't work. It also was shipped with the shade covering the charging port making precharging it difficult. I just left the feedback and rated it a 3 with though that I'd just live with it.

The company saw the review and pursued me to address the problems. They even resized it a little when my original measurements proved to just a little off. I'm quite happy with the customer service I received and updated my review accordingly.

Work directly with graywind app via bluetooth within range of singal (about 99ft/30m), no smart bridge needed. Easy to pencentage control, set top/bottom and favorite limit positions on app. Also, battery status display is available. Recommended for users who only need to control smart blinds via remote controller or app at home. 2.4GHz BLE hub is required for creating groups, set timing shedules or other routines and Alexa & Google control.

 

B. Rechargeable Zigbee Alexa Motor

Directly work with 7 Alexa devices: echo plus 2nd gen./ echo show 2nd gen./ echo studio/ echo 4th gen/ echo show 8 3rd gen./ echo show 10 3rd gen./ echo hub directly, no smart bridge needed. We are unable to provide a charger for the rechargeable motors due to shipping policy restrictions. However, you can conveniently charge the blinds using any standard 5V/1A charger, such as the one you use for your phone.
