Measuring Guide for Graywind Smart Vertical Blinds

1. Measure Depth：

A minimum 4 1/2 inches depth is required for ceiling mounting brackets. Please leave at least extra 1 1/2 inches flat space if you install it close to wall for slats tilting. If you have a door handle, make sure there is enough depth in front for mounting.

2. Measure Width：

Measure inside width of your window across the top, middle and bottom separately, choose the smallest one.

3. Measure Height：

Measure the height of window openness from top to sill across right, middle and left, record the narrowest one.

Note: Vertical blinds will have no deductions taken at the factory. They will be made according to your exact measurements.

1. Measure Depth：

Measure the extended window casing depth, if there are handles or cranks, don't forget to take them into account. Please leave at least 1 1/2 inches flat space if you install it close to wall for slats tilting.

2. Measure Width：

Measure the width of area you want to cover, recommend adding 1-6 inches based on the width of window openness to ensure better light control and privacy.

3. Measure Height：

Measure and record your desired height for the blinds, also recommend adding 1-6 inches based on the height of window openness.
*Please ensure at least 1 3/8 inches space above the frame for Side Wall Mounted brackets installation.

Note: Vertical blinds will have no deductions taken at the factory. They will be made according to your exact measurements.

The shade we needed

Installation was easy, but more information to install would be helpful.
We has side by side installation and should have had a minimum distance between anchors.

Love these window treatments. This is our third order of graywind. Our first order done in 2022 is still look and operate like new. Also customer service is wonderful. Emailed with them for custom color. dual blind, color choice samples, and remote questions.
Love that these blinds are smart blinds. We have ours programmed with Alexa. They open with a key phase and close at a set time each evening.

Amazing Product

Everything was as promised. This is a professionally finished product that does not fail to impress! We had a couple of questions regarding the measuring requirements and the customer service help was timely and helpful. The website is detailed, but take your time to carefully document your required measurements. My only recommendation/suggestion for improvement would be to purchase/utilize a more solid drywall anchor other than the metal ones supplied - which do not perform well. The product is competitively priced, looks great, and we love it!

Patio Sun Shades

Ordered two sun shades for our patio. After some communications to assure they were exactly what I wanted and that I measured correctly, I placed and order for two shades with the solar panel recharge units. They arrived within two weeks. I installed them myself and the install was much easier than I even imagined. I caould not be happier with my purchase.
