Graywind Motorized Venetian Blinds | Customizable

I conducted an extensive search and research before making my decision to purchase my Graywind Venetian Motorized/Smart Blinds. Absolutely none of the multiple other companies that I “reviewed” came anywhere close to offering the level of quality blinds and at such a reasonable cost as Graywind’s.

Their measurement process to help ensure that there were no mis-measurements or mistakes in placing a final order for my blinds was/is beyond reproach - if you follow their explicit, meticulous graphics and written instructions. To be sure, Graywind wisely reached out to me to confirm that I’d properly made my measurements and to also ask if I had any questions or concerns otherwise.

As a result, when my blinds were delivered, I was very impressed with how securely they’d been “packaged” in order to preclude any damage during shipping. More importantly, the blinds fit my windows absolutely perfectly and Installation was a breeze.

Suffice it to say that Graywind’s customer service personnel are knowledgeable, extremely responsive and consummate professionals. Their blinds are very reasonably priced and the quality workmanship and appearance render me proud to have them in my home.

Best packaging I've even seen. Metal supports inside the package to prevent damage. Well made, not too bad too install. Read all the instructions first, because they are a little confusing (out of order). Not for a novice installer, but not super-difficult. Take your time and read the instructions. They were sized exactly as specified. These don't work well with a Bond bridge (to hook up to Google Home), so don't buy one to hook up to this product. I ended up just using the remote (which works well). Update: Got this to work with a Bond bridge, hooked up to Google Home. Open, Close and Pause work, but can't get Bond to tilt the blinds.

The product functions very good, easy to install, very clear instructions. I also bought solar panels, works great so far! Highly recommend!

This is a handsome looking blind and very easy to install. The first step is to ensure you include the correct measurements in your order. To help me with this, I contacted the Graywind sales folks, who clearly described how to take measurements and other details, that helped me complete my order. The blinds arrived within several weeks after I placed the order, and they were perfect in size, color and operation.

Included with the blind were mounting hardware, instruction manual, and a remote control. The few questions I emailed to Graywind during installation were answered quickly and clearly via email response.

Once installed the blind is very neat looking and works very well with the remote control. When I need blinds again I will place my Amazon order for Graywind blinds.
