incredibly good customer service: replaced a wrong width I ordered,

I ordered 3 shades, one was an incorrect width (I measured carefully but somehow entered wrong value). I also ordered 3 solar panels and then realized they would not work in my application. Graywind made it all good and charged me NOTHING. Truly amazingly customer service. The shades are beautiful and the electronic control is flawless.

Great Value

Good packaging. Easy to install once you figure out the diagrams. They work great and look nice. Takes a couple weeks as they are coming out of China. Would have preferred to buy American but this company was the only one offering the style I wanted.

Nice Product, Excellent Service!

I purchased this blind for a family member's home, and recently installed it. The build quality of the blind, motor, and mounting hardware were all very nice. The documentation could be improved, but the support was excellent and easily addressed any questions I had. I would not hesitate to do business with this company again, and will likely purchase another unit soon.

Easy process

We followed the instructions on how to select the shade style, measuring of the windows, installation, programming of the electric version of the shade and it ended up being a perfect product and project. The Graywind people were all so very helpful and could provide help whenever needed. I not hesitate to do this again. They arrived programmed just like we wanted are are so easy to install with the provided hardware.

A. Rechargeable BLE RF Motor

Work directly with graywind app via bluetooth within range of singal (about 99ft/30m), no smart bridge needed. Easy to pencentage control, set top/bottom and favorite limit positions on app. Also, battery status display is available. Recommended for users who only need to control smart blinds via remote controller or app at home. 2.4GHz BLE hub is required for creating groups, set timing shedules or other routines and Alexa & Google control.

 

B. Rechargeable Zigbee Alexa Motor

Directly work with 7 Alexa devices: echo plus 2nd gen./ echo show 2nd gen./ echo studio/ echo 4th gen/ echo show 8 3rd gen./ echo show 10 3rd gen./ echo hub directly, no smart bridge needed. Realize smart control via not only the app anywhere, but also voice command, such as group and percentage control etc. 2.4GHz zigbee hub is available to connect with other Alexa models & Google.

 

C. Rechargeable Eve Apple Motor
